Mission Statement
Community banking that delivers value to our customers, communities, and employees while delivering shareholder return.
Our History
In the early 1900s, the town of Keystone, Iowa had two banks, German State Bank and Farmers Savings Bank. When the Great Depression hit, both banks failed and the State Banking Department was placed in charge in 1932. To meet the needs of the community, Keystone Savings Bank officially opened for business on April 27, 1935.
Today, Keystone Savings Bank continues to be a strong community bank in Iowa and is owned by local shareholders primarily from the Benton County area. Through the years, the bank has grown and added branches in Marengo (1995), Center Point (2004), Pleasant Hill (2007) and Victor (2018).
We remain dedicated to serving our customers and we thank our past and present customers and community members for their support.
